De Budé thanks George III for allowing the use of Prince William's allowance, and reports that he is trying to encourage good financial habits in Prince William. De Budé reports that he has heard from Captain Wissel that Prince William has done well in his artillery classes. He passes on Captain Merrick's thanks for allowing his trip to Pyrmont, and the positive news he has recieved of Frederick and Grenville
