DescriptionPonsonby states his claim and that he was previously informed by Frederick Dawes Danvers, that because Nash's account had been paid in full, he had no claim on the estate. Ponsonby refers Wellington to the letter from Nash which states that his claim is valid as Danvers had confirmed that the work had not been paid by the Duchy of Cornwall.
