Description | Croggon states he received a shilling on account for work amounting to £293.6.8 but, as he is in need of funds, requests payment for the outstanding amount. He proposes that if Knighton believes his charges are unfair a third party could audit the account. Noted on the reverse that Knighton referred Croggon to John Nash, 'who ordered the things', and that the bill was paid on 27 August 1830. |
