Grant from 1 to 3 in trust for the natural life of 2 (in case of the death of 1) of an annuity of £100 000; all that palace or capital messuage with appurtenances called by the name of Denmark House otherwise Somerset House otherwise Strand House situate in or near The Strand in the County of Middlesex; all that mansion house with appurtenances now or heretofore usually called The Lodge situated in Richmond Old Park in the County of Surrey, all which premises are part of or reputed part of the Manor of Richmond otherwise West Sheen in the County of Surrey (now vested in George Augustus Selwyn Charles Schultz and others in trust for His Majesty his heirs and successors); all those messuages and closes commonly called Keeles farm in the parish of Mortlake in the County of Surrey purchased by or in trust for Her Late Majesty Queen Caroline.
