DescriptionThe payments include payments to staff and tradesmen (named and unnamed), but generally do not specify the items purchased. Some sections record amount totals e.g. expenditure by month; and some pages are signed by de Budé [e.g. pages 92-93, which relate to the soujourn of one [?] of the Princes in Hanover between August 1783 and August 1784]. The accounts are listed in quarters of the year (e.g. Easter, October).

Page 65 is headed 'Prince William's Bills April 1780': the section following, up to page 79, may therefore possibly all refer to the Prince's bills.
