DescriptionInforming the States General about the advance of the rebels [Jacobites] who are now very close to Edinburgh. Hence, the need to act immediately. The Duke of Cumberland [Prince William] will march, from Flanders, against them as soon as an army is ready. In order to do so more easily, however, the States should give permission to the troops from Antwerp to Willemstat via Klundert.
