DescriptionMenu book for dinners, a few breakfasts and luncheons, for George IV, mostly held at Carlton House, occasionally at Virginia Water [Windsor Great Park], Windsor Castle, St. James's and in London. A dinner was held by the Lord Steward [Henry Conyngham, 1st Marquess] in London for the King's birthday. Dinners are also often provided for a Lady Maria [?Maria Anne Fitzherbert].

It also provides details of dinners served at Carlton House, occasionally at the King's Lodge and Cumberland Lodge [Windsor Great Park] to members of the King's Household, most notably, Mr Brent [? William Brent, Clerk of the Verge].

Menu book gives an account of the provisions for the Race Ground.
