George III shows his approval of Prince William's behaviour and disapproval of [?the Prince of Wales], and gives his opinion that Prince William has a need and natural ability for nautical knowledge, and insists that he also be prepared to carry out princely duties. He discusses Mr Majendie's role in providing guidance, George III's grant of permission for Prince William to write uncensored letters to himself and the Queen, but that letters to his brother and others must be approved by Mr Majendie
