Description(GEO/ADD/15/891) Letter from [David Dundas, Sir Henry Halford, Matthew Baillie, and Robert Willis], 16 September 1811, stating that an account of the King's current condition has been sent to the recipient, the consulting physician, for him to form a judgement and answer questions from Dr Heberden.
(GEO/ADD/15/892) Letter from David Dundas, [Robert Willis], [Matthew Baillie], and [Sir Henry Halford] to the Queen's Council', 17 September 1811, on obeying the orders of the Council by sending a statement on the King's present condition for the use of the consulting physicians. The letter expresses surprise that this moment had been chosen for a consultation, and stresses the importance of the 'common sense and observation of the physicians who have been so long in attendance upon H.M.'
