Description	The Duke is seeking the Prince's advice on his desire to serve Cole which has been interjected by Chatham - Chatham's letter is enclosed here. The fleet is still waiting to sail and the Duke has the feeling that the Captains do not like him. Lord Howe [Commanding officer] will soon join the Fleet, together with Admiral Leveson Gower. Sir John Jervis has disobliged all Admirals, included Sir Alexander Hood - and he is determined to oppose Lord Howe.
