DescriptionWith this power of Attorney the Duke is giving dispositions for the time when he will be absent from England, and living on the Continent. These dispositions included giving specific authorizations to: receive the Duke's pensions and taking up the management of his business. He then nominates his attorneys - Lord Viscount George Keith; Sir John Borlase Warren; Sir Charles Morice Pole; John Barton; and Charles Hodges Ware - giving them full authority to act on behalf of the Duke for the entire time he is abroad.
The Duke is entitled to three several pensions or annual sums of £12,000; £2,500; £6,000, plus half pay as Admiral of the King's fleet. The Duke
