Description
Concerning 'his good old Servant Mr Harpur' and recounting that George III had been so fond of him as to grant £300 a year to Mrs Harpur on the death of her husband. Mrs Harpur is instead herself now dead and therefore the king commands that the expected annuity of £300 be granted to her two daughters on the death of Mr Harpur.
Marked 'private'.
