Description
Confirming to have ordered a sword for William. He is very happy to know that William is now under the command of Lord [Samuel] Hood in the West Indies. The peace [with France?] is made.
Everyone fears that the Elector Palatine will not leave long [Charles Theodore?]; there is also the fear that the Russians and Austrians might want to attack the Turks - he explains why.
