The Princess congratulates the King on Admiral Duncan's victory; she is overjoyed at news from Vienna of the conclusion of peace, and asks him to intercede at the Congress on behalf of Württemberg, which has suffered greatly from the war, and seeks indemnification and nomination to the ninth Electorate.
