Record gives details about the room or person to whom these goods were delivered (eg: Coffee Room, Confectionary, Bakehouse, housemaids, night porters, etc.). It provides details of the suppliers [not always the same]: eg. E[dward] Cornford, J. Lashmar (bread); W. Evans, C. Roots (milk and cream); J. Engall, F. Ellis (butter).
