Livingston reports that Prince Augustus continues to recover, and had received a visit from the King of Prussia, who toasted to the health of George III and the rest of his family. God Save the King and Rule Britannia were played at the ball to celebrate Prince Augustus' birthday. Livingston also discusses the situation in both Italy and the German Empire, and where the Prince may wish to travel
