George III recounts the Duke of Cumberland telling him of his marriage to 'the Widdow Horton' and his subsequent anger and response, including his decision to ask the Duke to leave the country and never to speak to him again if he chooses to make the decision public. An annex describes his reception of news from Lieutenant Colonel Deaken that the Duke declined to keep the news private and George III replies ending the correspondence
