George III criticises the estimate of the Prince of Wales's debts created by Colonel Hotham, as it is not detailed enough nor does it include the names of the creditors. He addresses the notion of economising, of the Prince's plan to go abroad, and whether or not he will pay the Prince of Wales's debts. George III states that members of the Prince's household should help regulate his spending
