Discussing Thurlow's connections with the Ministers, Fox states that 'upon the whole it is my opinion that it is his present intention to treat with us as soon as that connection is dissolved'. Fox doubts that there will be another adjournment, and refers to an alternative arrangement of a 'temporary Regency limited in powers but not by Counsellors'.
