DescriptionThe Prince refers to the injustice that others have 'brought business before the King', while he and the Duke of York are prevented from explaining their conduct to the King to avoid disturbing his health. Hearing reports that Pitt and Thurlow had spoken with the King, the Prince refers to the Queen's promise that 'the papers which I had the honor of transmitting to you should be given to the King at the first moment of his being in a proper state to attend to business'.
