DescriptionSinclair suggests that Lord Fitzwilliam could be made Marquis of Rockingham, or the Duke of Norfolk be invested with the Blue Ribbon. He advises the Prince to undertake a 'regular system of attacking Administration' now attempt to 'attack' the Administration now so that on becoming King [which Sinclair supposes could happen within the next Parliament] he would not 'meet a House of Commons, a majority of whom were elected under Pitt's auspices'.
