Moira accepts [?the service of] M. de Belsunce and the Prince of Monaco, and hopes to make the situation agreeable to them. He states that he will sail the next day, and refers to the lack of preparation and information regarding the Royalists and fears that because of this they will not be able to attempt anything [in terms of providing military assistance].
