Description	The ringleaders are said to be Lord Henry Fitzgerald ('the bosom friend of Mrs Fitzherbert'), Lord Darnley, Colonel Fredk. St John (who are both linked by the Prince to Lord Hugh Seymour's influence) and William Bligh. The Prince describes a group of people 'whose views have been disappointed' including 'the Lavingtons, Jack Payne [and] Lady Horatia'. Referring to 'the machinations of the other party', the Prince mentions Lady Stafford and Lord Thurlow. He refers to the 'shocking & infamous abuse with which Payne loaded you' [Queen Charlotte] and claims of the Queen's ill treatment of Princess Caroline. Signed.
