Tyrwhitt refers to an enclosure sent by Mrs Rigby, [which is no longer with the document]. He also states that no answer has been received from [William] Pitt concerning 'the Regiment', and therefore Tyrwhitt and Sir John Morshead will attend a meeting of the Justices of Cornwall on Thursday.
