Keith states that [William] Pitt has not returned Mr [Thomas] Conolly's letter, and states that 'there continues much conversation of wanting money, which distracts the Ministers much'.
Signed.
Encloses (GEO/MAIN/39336-39338) a letter from Henry Dundas to Lord Keith on being unable to discuss the affairs of Ireland with him, and on George, Prince of Wales's decreased regard and confidence in Dundas following past discussions where Dundas has given the Prince his 'honest and conscientious opinion'.
