Encloses GEO/MAIN/39429-39435 a copy by Cromie of Lord Moira's speech at the House of Lords on the 19 February 1798. The speech criticises the British Cabinet's approach to increasing tension in Ireland, calling for an end 'to those cruel and distressing atrocities'. He refers to the misrepresentation of his position, and describes his esteem for the Army.
