Tyrwhitt informs the Prince that 'no money by any secret Article of the Convention [of Alkmaar] is to be given to the French'. He refers to other business, including subscribing to the 'Fund for providing for the families of those wounded in Holland', the Duke of Bedford submitting to the 'Bougean system', and the death of Lady Elizabeth Luttrell.
