Description	Prince William received a letter from Keith [Elphinstone]. He asks for Doctor Warren as he does not want to go to London - and assures George that he is well and just got a cold due to irregularity of meals. He mentions having received a letter from Lord Howe [GEO/MAIN/44811-44812] about things that the Prince of Wales will get an account of from William's steward - and he encloses the letter here. As Captain, Prince William will not return to the West Indies, and he is happy about that. He repeats his wish of not wanting to go into London. He is waiting for news about HMS Pegasus and Andromeda. He sends to George a lock of hair to be set in diamond.
