Description	Prince William received Keith's letter from which he apprehended of the King's indisposition and the Prince's accident.. It is Impossible for Prince William to succeed to the Lowestoffe's station as well as for his brother to go to Portsmouth. The present moment seems to be a proper one for P.W. and D.J. to intervene in favour of the Prince not going abroad and being assigned a Guardship in Plymouth. He asked to speak to the Duke [Prince Frederick, Duke of York and Albany?] to promote his cause and help with the promotion of Mr Winne as well.
