Description
Asking the Prince if he could buy a horse for Cottin, Second Major to the Royal Spelthorne Legion - both Cottin and the Duke are too poor to buy one themselves.
The Duke describes in great detail the uniform of the troop. He is very busy enrolling men in different parishes. He is happy and reassured about the presence of Field Officers to manage ill-disposed people and other business.
