Reporting on the regiments who left for Corunna and of those who will soon. The following Friday the Duke will visit the King in Windsor to communicate to him his willingness to take upon the command of the coasts of Spain, Portugal and the Mediterranean; he believes everyone would be happy with this and that he will command 'by love and not thro' fear'.
