Prince William expresses again his intention to have a guardship and explains, again, all the reasons for wanting it - not living at home; needed to be employed; staying in England, etc...
He explains his brother his not ideal, but stable financial situation and asks him a favour: if he could take a German servants now at the Prince William's service and employ him in town - since William cannot pay him.
