Description	That Knighton knows his character and mind so well that he should know that his heart 'is incapable of even admitting, much more of even entertaining or arranging a sensation of illwill, or of rancour against any human Being, be it even against my bitterest Enemy' and chastising Knighton for his last letter in which he questions the king's affection for him. The king feels that this is unjust and suggests a meeting so 'a fair & candid explanation on both sides' can take place therefore he invites Knighton down to Brighton. There were other parts of Knighton's letter that he could have commented on but he has refrained 'because it would open a field & a Door to that, which must be painful to both of us.' Marked 'Private' and 'immediate'. Signed with initials
