The King is glad to know that William's arm is recovering and also that he admits to have behaved improperly.
The King is worried about William's safety in the West Indies, on account of a recent movement of the French Fleet; he, thus, suggests that William would be put on board Lord [Samuel] Hood if Admiral [Robert] Digby cannot go to the West Indies.
