Description
The Queen is sorry to hear about William's disposition towards melancholy which seems to William to come from disliking the place where he lives at present and the people around him; the Queen blames him for that as she believes he does not like people who wants to help him improve.
She is glad the Ball that William organized went well. She sent best wishes to General [Jacob] de Budé.
