Description
William approves of Lord Mayo's letter to [John] McMahon who will speak favourably about Lord Mayo himself to the Prince Regent - also because of the present good relationship between the Prince Regent and William, especially thanks to their agreement on the Catholic question. With the need of providing for ten children, William expresses his concerns around money, admitting the necessity for him to start making sacrifices.
His daughter is living with the Smiths [Thomas and Susan] who will come to visit in August.
