NotesThe original letter is GEO/ADD/28/146. The English transcription is on one half of GEO/ADD/28/070. Both documents bear the circled number '77', which shows the order in which the original letter was bound.
The proposed date is suggested because of the implied subject matter of this letter: Anne, Princess Royal, was married in March 1734.
Princess Caroline has signed herself 'Carolina'.
A note on GEO/ADD/28/070 records 'from the princess [sic] Caroline'.
