'These official Notes in today's paper, you will find very satisfactory for the present Ministry'. 27 January 1808

GEO/MAIN/266: 'I pant like you for Dupont's surrender. Sir Francis comes to me tomorrow, I fear with some scheme for the country, but all worth as he is I ought to murmur at no wish that he expresses but rather rejoice that I can meet it'. 19 July 1808
