DescriptionThanking Bootle for his care and assuring him that Lowther [Sir James Lowther, 4th Baronet] will accomplish what he has begun; he believes the bad behaviour of the Pelhams [Thomas Pelham-Holles, 1st Duke of Newcastle upon Tyne and his brother, Henry Pelham] will cause them to lose the Baronet.
He gives Bootle the names of the first winners of some constituencies (Wareham, Winchelsea) and his predictions for others (including Heydon, the Duke of Somerset's borough).
