Description
That there are rumours about an imminent dissolution of the Parliament, certainly supported by a few ministers. He asks Bootle to communicate this immediately to Lord Carlisle and Dr [?George] Lee. In order to avoid that happening he suggests to try and make some new Peers that will oppose the move.
