Sir George is glad Sir Thomas is well again but sorry to hear that he still have troubles - which probably depend on the actions of his antagonist -with his borough.
On the following day he will meet Her Royal Highness at Kew [Princess Augusta of Saxe-Gotha-Altenburg]. He is well, although still quite weak.
