Description
Informing Burchett that the Spanish Privateers have been infesting the British coast and have already taken and raided several of the British Northern Trade and a ship. Without His Majesty's permission, however, he could not attack them. He considers the Spaniards "no better than Pyrates being a mixture of all Nations and have no Commission for what they do".
