Description
The letter, addressed to 'Monsieur Le Chevalier', is not in the Prince's hand. In it the Prince praises the role of his friend Count Zeppelin in the negotiations, and encloses a letter [not present] for him. The addressee is thought to be Hippisley because of his part in the negotiations.
