Possibly an addendum to Queen Charlotte's letter of 13 December 1813 (GEO/MAIN/51734-9); she writes that 'the ten thousand men are already forming', which may refer to the extra ten thousand men mentioned in that letter as being demanded by the Allies from the King of Württemberg.
