The Duchess writes that she expects to give birth by the end of the week, and remarks that she and her husband are the first Duke and Duchess to take the sacrament in Stuttgart for many years [their predecessors being Roman Catholics] ; they are restoring their Stuttgart and Ludwigsburg residences and she asks her father to send her a pair of kangaroos for their planned menagerie.
