The Prince [later King Frederick William II] of Prussia writes that he is taking the opportunity of the Prince of Dessau's visit to England to express the esteem in which he holds the King, all the greater for his recent support for the maintenance of the constitution and for German liberty. He commends the Prince of Dessau to the King.
