This is a ?fair copy of EB/EB/31 on vellum.
Including number of dinners and suppers to be served to the Household each day; and details of Household diets; allowances for 'firing' and lighting; sundry expenses permitted by the Board of Green Cloth; wages and boarding for Household officers and servants including 'Officers and Servants of the Chamber', chapel, and stables. Also payments to former Household staff and officers of Royal predecessors. With (at back) list of 'Ordinances to be Observed for Regulating Accompts and for the well Governing of Our House' - the last page appears not to have been copied.
