All of which premises are part of the manor of Richmond alias West Sheen, previously let to John Latton by William III and Mary II and surrendered to Anne; all those pieces or parcels of land (named) in the manor of Richmond previously granted to George II (when Prince of Wales) by George I (reciting previous grant of 27 April 1723); all that Palace or Capital Messuage, contents, and appurtenances called by the name of Denmark House alias Somerset House alias Strond House situate in or near the Strand and in or near the parish of St Mary at Strond in the county of Middlesex (reciting previous grant of 15 December 1715)
