Livingston reports that the King of Prussia has arrived in Berlin and dined with Prince Augustus, and is very kind to the Prince, as are the Prussian nobility and Minister of State. Livingston also reports on the Prince's health, which is very poor. Livingston also writes about the allowance of 500 per annum to be given to Mr Coutts for the education of the Prince's son.
