Description
Willett hopes the public will not be required to setlle the Prince's debts again in future, but states that fifty thousand pounds a year could be appropriately spent on the Prince's residence, as 'these are expences that do honor to a country, are permanent & descend to posterity, while the payment of debts incurred by frivolous expences do it no credit'.
